Curator's Notes
This striking Away Shirt was used by Ajax in their 2004/2005 campaign, in which they had a squad featuring Zlatan, Van der Vaart, Sneijder, De Jong and plenty others.
Player Issue
‘Player Issue’ (or ‘Staff issue’) are items that were not sold commercially. They were produced specifically for the squad in for the specific season specified, making them some of the rarest and most sought after pieces of all vintage football clothing!
